4. What is your Serviced Apartment  Cancellation Policy and what are the penalty if we defaulted?

  • Peak Season – Dec 15 to Jan 10
  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – no charge
  • Cancellations between 30 Days to 15 days prior to arrival – 20% of full duration Accommodation charge
  • Cancellations between 15 days to  7 days prior to arrival – 40% of full duration Accommodation charge
  • Cancellations between 7 days to  24 days prior to arrival – 80% of full duration Accommodation charge
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival and No Shows – full duration of booking will be charged.
